SpringLoaded Brewery will be designed, built and operated in a way that uses energy and natural resources efficiently and equitable, for both the present and future generations.
As we construct SpringLoaded Brewery, we are continually mindful of that promise. In addition to reusing the 1911 year old building itself, we are recycling much of the materials used in the construction process. We are also repurposing old components of the building rather than throwing them away and are currently adding energy efficiency throughout the electrical system. The building has been listed on the U.S. Green Building Council in an effort to acquire a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.
We believe that companies that improve the local areas where they do business are partners. These companies can align with community associations to develop innovative ways to meet local needs, while developing a strategy to support synergistic community and business initiatives. And yes, during the renovations, we are recycling unusable materials.
Why take the extra effort? Because it’s the right thing to do!
