SpringLoaded is the architecture of beer.
The founder of SpringLoaded Brewery is a world-traveled, accomplished, award winning architect in the hospitality industry. He has designed and re-imaged restaurants around the country for many of the most popular casual theme restaurant chains, as well as many single restaurant concepts. Along the way, he has been acknowledged with design awards and internationally recognized as an innovator in his field over the past 35 years.
Raised in Tulsa and an OU graduate, he now lives in the Sand Springs area. For years, he passed the Sand Springs Power, Light & Water Building on his daily commute. Each passing got his creative thoughts flowing about the possibility of this historic structure becoming more than just a ruin of better days. He envisioned it as a regional destination that would attract not only locals but beer enthusiasts from around America’s heartland. Sharing in this profound vision is his wife and family, forming an integral part of this working ownership.
A passion for architecture drives his belief that in this age of self-responsibility, we must create environments where souls develop and hearts expand. Each day we can choose to place ourselves in surroundings that celebrate the beauty and power of life. He has dedicated his life to creating architectural experiences where one’s mind and body can be refreshed and renewed. He feels that architecture combined with entertainment can bring forth the very best in every human being. This is his vision for SpringLoaded Brewery. SpringLoaded is the architecture of beer.
Why now? Why would a world traveled, accomplished architect, be drawn to a new venture in today’s economic climate in Sand Springs, Oklahoma?
